Controller, data and purpose
Torresnavas Restauración S.L. is the controller for Rizzoli enquiries and reservations. Booking requires first and last name, email, telephone, date, time and party size; seating preferences, high-chair requests and notes may also be provided. These details are used to process, confirm, change or cancel bookings and send related communications. Required fields are necessary to manage your booking. Do not include diagnoses or medical documents in notes; call to discuss dietary requirements.
Legal basis and retention
We handle enquiries and bookings to take pre-contractual steps and provide the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Marketing, if authorised using the separate form option, is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which can be withdrawn without affecting the booking. Booking data is retained during its management and, where required, for applicable legal liability periods; marketing data until consent is withdrawn or deletion requested, subject to legal obligations.
Recipients and external services
EXEMM Reservations provides the embedded booking engine through reservas.exemm.com. Information entered is processed through that service to manage restaurant bookings. Opening the form connects your browser to EXEMM and transmits necessary technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. Google Maps is embedded in the location section. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its policies. Google Privacy.
The website is prepared for Google Analytics 4 (visits and usage measurement) and Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement and advertising audiences). Both are currently disabled and send no data. If enabled, they will require separate analytics and advertising consent under “Configure”. They may process browsing and device information, identifiers and cookies; this integration will not send booking names, phone numbers, emails or notes. Withdrawal stops subsequent loading. Google Search Console verifies ownership and monitors search visibility; its verification tag does not set tracking cookies. Before activation, identifiers, providers, international transfers, safeguards and applicable retention periods must be reviewed and this information updated. More information: Google and Meta.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to Torresnavas Restauración S.L., Av. EEUU 54, Centro Comercial Yumbo, Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria, España with your request. Additional identity information will only be requested where necessary. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
